Even as a highly trained legal transcriptionist, I worked hard during the early months of eTranscription Solutions to improve my own accuracy, determined to be satisfied with nothing short of perfection.  My personal goal and vision for eTranscription Solutions has been to achieve that level of accuracy with each of our transcriptionists and for every client, “raising the bar” for the whole transcription industry.  Those clients, whom we also consider our friends, consistently reward us with kind words and repeat business.

We are passionate about accuracy to the point that we take extra time to research difficult or industry-specific language through internet research and other sources.  And we’ll talk with the client personally to ensure that our formatting meets their ideal requirements.  This extra time and effort is something we don’t charge for, but when our clients are impressed and grateful because we exceeded their expectations, that’s payment enough. We want our customers to know and trust us as people---hardworking people who value their projects as much as we value our own reputations.

Susan Burgess-Sullivan began eTranscription Solutions in 1999 and has overseen the company’s marketing, assignment distribution, and training efforts since that time.  Under her direction, eTranscription has transitioned from a single person transcribing for local law firms to a full staff of professionals transcribing audio and video for a varied range of clients throughout the United States.  Susan can be reached at Susan@etranscriptionsolutions.org.

At Transcription Solutions, we believe that constant communication between our management team, our proofers and our transcriptionists creates a better working relationship. Our team is strategically located throughout this country and others.  The different locations of our professionals has also proven to be of great value to our clients as we can provide virtually any transcript in the allotted time that it is needed.

The staff of  Transcription Solutions have also been trained so that virtually all transcriptionists transcribe the same.  This enables several people working on a transcript to provide the type of turn around that our clients need and strengthens our ability to match transcription skills to the projects at hand.
